RETURNS

Full-priced items purchased through the DÈSIR online store can be returned within 14 days of receipt for an exchange, gift card, or refund (excluding postage), provided they meet the following conditions:

- The item has not been worn or damaged;

- The item is in its original condition with tags attached; and

- The item is not a gift card.

Items purchased at a 20% discount during promotions are considered full-priced and are eligible for change-of-mind refunds according to our Terms & Conditions.

Sale items purchased through the online store can be returned for a change of mind within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or gift card, provided they meet these conditions:

- The item has not been worn or damaged;

- The item is in its original condition with tags attached; and

- The item is not a gift card.

Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind.

Items that do not meet our return conditions will be returned to the sender.
