Please review the policy below regarding returns and exchanges. Customers will be given 14 days from date of purchase to request a return or exchange. Any requests made outside of this time period will be declined. We remain firm with the quality of our products. Any returns recieved with the following will be returned to the sender:Stains
Odours (including perfume)
Signs of wear
Hygeine liner has been removed
Damage
We do not allow refunds for return unless the item has arrived faulty.
Final Sale Returns and Exchanges:
Items purchased during final sale cannot be refunded or exchanged due to limited sizing and stock. All styles available on our website are subject to selling out and not restocking. Therefore, we encourage the customer to confirm they are purchasing their correct size.
Please note, we are only able to exchange items of the same price or higher.
Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind.Items that do not meet our return conditions will be returned to the sender.Conditions of Return
You can only return for change of mind for an exchange or store credit. A refund will not be issued for change of mind.
Change of mind returns are accepted within the 14 day period, for exchange of size, or style.
Returns will only be accepted if they are still in perfect condition. This includes; no signs of wear, not damaged, no odours (including perfume or laundry detergent), the hygiene liner has been removed.
Please ensure to try over underwear to ensure you meet the requirements if needed to return.
Return Shipping
If you are returning for change of mind, it is the customers responsibility to cover return costs to Dèsir the Label.
The item must return to us within 14 days of us accepting your return.
You must provide us with a tracking number for your return. Otherwise, we will not be held liable for items lost in transit, and your return/exchange will not be fulfilled if lost.
Faulty Items
All products are quality checked before shipment to customer.
We will only accept faulty returns for refund if there is a clear manufacturing defect.
If you believe your item is faulty, please provide clear images of the faults with a description via email. You can contact us at desirthelabel@gmail.com
We will cover return shipping costs if it appears genuine.
Dèsir the Label is not responsible for damages caused by chlorine, UV, sunscreen, tanning oils, or incorrect washing.
